One-time registration and admission fees are non-refundable once a seat has been confirmed, as these cover administrative processing and material allocation.
Free demo or trial sessions are complimentary and do not involve any fees, hence no refund applies.
Refunds are not provided for classes missed by the student due to personal reasons, illness or unavailability. However, wherever possible we will attempt to arrange make-up sessions or recordings.

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 working days to the original mode of payment. Any bank or gateway charges incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Physical kits, books, or robotics components, once dispatched or handed over, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of damage caused during shipping (reported within 48 hours of receipt).
Fees paid under a promotional offer, scholarship or seasonal discount are refunded only up to the net amount paid. The promotional value cannot be refunded in cash.
